Yes, products can be exchanged at the school store outlet if returned in their original packing and with the original invoice.

– 1) Heathergrey undertakes the responsibility for the durability and performance of the uniforms and that they meet with the approved specifications.

2) Merchandise to be washed by the customer as per wash care instructions labelled on the specific products.

3) Merchandise can be returned only due to a manufacturing defect such as non-conformity to specifications, fabric defects etc.

*  Ensure the garments are properly checked/inspected during the purchase for Size conformity or quality defects.

* Such manufacturing defects should be reported within 3 days of material receipt.

* Pictures & representative samples of such items to be forwarded to Vijay Textiles/Distribution Kiosk for analysis and confirmation

* On mutual confirmation of the defects, the defective merchandise can be returned in original unused & packed condition along with tags, accessories & invoice copy.

* Heathergrey will not undertake any responsibility for any damaged uniforms deliberately misused by the end user.

* Exchange of the product can be done only at the distribution Kiosk subject to above compliances. Dates & Timing for exchange will be informed at distribution kiosk during distribution.
